Thanks for listening to my weight loss journey, I hope it gives some of you inspiration to make a change in your life. The journey has just begun for me.
My resolution was to start doing more things that will get me to where I want to be: the best version of myself.
It’s not always easy, but going vegan was the best decision I made (super cliche but so true) You don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight! Enjoy a wholesome, plant based meal instead of eating foods that aren’t serving your body any real purpose.
